I have a multifaceted approach that treats multiple systems from the muscular system, the articular system, the nervous system, the visceral system, the vascular system, all the way through to the emotional system. My greatest achievement as a physiotherapist is seeing joy return to patient's lives as I help provide them with an understanding to their body and ultimately work towards their own innate health.

This is a unique and highly effective approach to assessment and treatment. This was developed by Diane Lee with Linda Joy Lee (who developed Connect Therapy). This is a patient centred approach to assessment and treatment. Diane Lee's Integrated Systems Model (ISM) assessment truly encompasses a whole body approach.
This is a comfortable and effective form of dry needling therapy. This was developed by Andrew Hutton. This embodies the holistic approach taken by Integral Physiotherapy. This is not trigger point dry needling. Integrated dry needling is far more effective and comfortable for the patient.
This is a specialised form of soft tissue release developed by Dr Mike Leahy. This an extremely effective method for treating soft tissue adhesions and trigger points. It is extremely precise and and an effective form of soft tissue release. It will utilise movement to facilitate release of a particular soft tissue. ART can be used to treat muscles, joints and nerves.
This is a highly specialised form of assessment to assist in diagnosis of joint and muscle dysfunction. It utilises muscle testing assess muscular dysfunction, scar tissue dysfunction and balance dysfunction. This helps finds the root cause of the issue being presented.
This form of treatment helps treat nervous system dysfunction that can attributed to trauma to the nervous sytem. This can include things such as concussion, whiplash, prolonged stress, and visceral dysfunction. The methods used were created Dr William Garner Sutherland. He pioneered this method of treatment, which can be the missing link to recovery from injury.
The was developed by John Pierre Barral at the Barral Institute. This is a gentle form of release work that involves the visceral, nervous and vascular system. This highly effective form of treatment, like the cranio-sacral work, is often the missing link as to why a patient may have poor recovery from injury.
